“Entire 3rd floor had a horrible smell, had to hold breath from the elevator to my room”

“Orange juice at breakfast was warm. Fridge in room didn't work. Fingerprints on window glass and walls. Cable TV didn't work. They gave me another room which was better.”

“The staff sucked. There was a problem with a tv in my room and they insisted it was because I didn’t have a wall switch on. Turned out it was the tv. Just lazy staff, didn’t want deal with the issue. They could let keep the water filled in the lobby and the rooms had no glasses or cups for water. Not to mention 0 ice on the floor. But the biggest thing…they make you pay for parking! $15 fee with $1.50 a night. Ye F that. It’s not like this hotel is in the city…it’s on the western side...

“Staff was great and eager to help, I appreciated them greatly. Location is very convenient, and easy access to bike trails nearby. Room was clean. Please be sure to ask the property about your assigned room and its noise levels. My room was between the lobby hallway and parking lot outside. Frequent enough late-night check-ins and morning departures to disturb sleep. Walls are also on the thinner side-- could hear footsteps upstairs and moaning from one of the adjacent rooms. “Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”

“This establishment has really declined in terms of service and convenience. They have made the back door an emergency door, so good luck if your room is near the back. Room had a stench of cigarettes. The towel rack on the shower door and on the wall were broken. Staff is less than jovial....might need #departmentofhomelandsecurity to make a visit. There's a couple of guys that 'work there' in civilian clothes instead of a uniform.”

“The hotel was hot everyday. Asked for a fan to be brought up and never was. We also asked for room service to clean our room and provided new towels and all they did was bring towels and place them on the bed. Will never stay here again”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

“It was pretty clean and spacious, the staff was nice, and the pools were fun. But the elevator next to our room was broken - and without signage - for the duration of our stay, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. Also, our sliding door to the patio was broken, letting in all the sounds from outside. And the toilet was broken, so we kept having to take the top off the fix it so it would flush. Our family had a great time in the area, but we were disappointed with the broken items.”

“Just ok hotel. Booked on Expedia. When we arrived the hotel management had downgraded our room and we were basically told they could not do anything about because the hotel was full. No water available in our room or even in the snack bar area. Staff was very average.”
